Janneke Bakker

I'm Janneke, a 22-year-old self-taught illustrator and animator based in the Netherlands.

My love for games, illustration and design started when I'd finally saved up for my first Nintendo DS Lite at 6 years old. I spent my summers immersed in games like Professor Layton, Mario Kart, and The Legend of Zelda, and loved to watch my sister and dad play the most visually immersive games.

​

Since then, I've leveled up my gaming and creative tools (yes, my desk chair too!), and I'm thrilled to keep pushing creative boundaries with every new project I create.
